Flourishing Bouquet Anniversary Card

My oldest daughter's anniversary is coming up soon, and I thought I would use Altenew's Flourishing Bouquet stamp set to create her card. What's brilliant about this stamp set is that the large floral stamp in the set is big enough to create 4 A2 card panels. I simply put a sheet of 8 1/2 by 11 cardstock in my Stampwheel 2.0 (the side is removable so I can fit a full sheet of cardstock in it), stamp the image (in this case, I stamped it using VersaMark embossing ink and then added white embossing powder over the image and heat set it), and then use the coordinating stencils over the entire image. I used only two colors of ink for my ink blending: Mauve from Altenew's Dried Petals ink collection and Fresh Leaf from Altenew's Whispering Woodland collection. I've included a photo of the entire panel before I trimmed it into 4 A2-sized panels so you can see how big it really is.

I trimmed the panel down slightly to 4 1/8 by 5 3/8 so I could add it to a top-folding green card base after stamping "happy anniversary" (from the same Flourishing Bouquet set) using Mauve ink. I stamped the sentiment 3 times so it would show up well. Then I added a few of the hearts from Altenew's Cherry Blossom enamel dots set in 3 shades of pink to finish the card.

If you're interested in doing some crafty shopping at Altenew, I'd be so grateful if you used my affiliate link here: Carrie's Altenew Link.  I receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. Altenew carries many wonderful extra-large stamp sets like the one I used here if you'd like to create something similar. Just be advised that the 8 by 11 anniversary stamp sets will not fit in the MISTI or other smaller stamping platforms. They are ideal for the Stampwheel 2.0.

Here's a look at the stamped and stenciled design before I cut it into 4 A2 panels:
