MHK Designs Psalm 84:5 Card

Our twist this week is to use a sentiment on your project. Easy, right? Hope you can join us!

For my card, I used an encouraging scripture and beautiful image from Mynn's "Birds and Branches" set. I sized them up in my Silhouette Design Studio software and then printed them out. I colored the digi with Copic, Le Plume and MEXPY markers as well as an Inkssentials opaque white pen for the white flowers in the digi. Then I die cut the image and sentiment using a Gina Marie Designs "Stitched Circles" die and made a mat for it using a Gina Marie Designs "Lacey Doily" die. Using a Just Rite "Lacey Tiers" die, I also die cut 4 frames from that set out of blue cardstock to form a decorative frame for the focal point. These were adhered to my burgundy panel (from Richard Garay's "Lumberjack Days" paper collection) which I had die cut with a Spellbinders border die. I attached this to a cream card base I had also die cut with the same border die. Then I had fun adding some pretty pearls to finish it off!
