I signed up for a Christmas card swap in the FaceBook Altenew Fan Group, and I'm sending cards to New Zealand, the Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, and several different states in the US. I spent an evening cutting out poinsettia layers from various cardstocks and embossing panels and then went to work assembling several cards. This one uses a side-folding white A2 card base I created using heavyweight white cardstock.
I sprayed a white panel of cardstock using Tart Cranberry Distress mica spray and embossed it with Perfect Poinsettia 3D embossing folder after it had dried. I added some of Altenew's gold sequins to the poinsettia centers. Then I assembled a die cut poinsettia using Altenew's Poinsettia 3D layering die set and papers I had sprayed with mica sprays. For the sentiment, I used Altenew's Blessings stamp set and the sentiment "May His love shine brightly on you and yours this holiday season" on some green pattern paper.
For the inside of the card, I used another panel of sprayed cardstock and a piece of red cardstock on which I stamped "Sending you God's blessings" from the Blessings stamp set again.
