Java Great Day Card

This week at The Outlawz Twisted Thursday Challenge, our twist is to use dies or punches. Of course you can always enter an ATG project, so why not join us?!
Our sponsor this month is Bugaboo, and they have a wide range of great digis to choose from. This image and sentiment came from one of their sets, and there were several other fun sentiments and images included. You can check out all their digis at
For the base of this card, I used a Tim Holtz stencil and some ink daubers. I moved the stencil around as I covered the cream cardstock with my coffee rings and drips.
I colored the digi in my Silhouette Design Studio software. I decided to stick with shades of brown for this coffee-themed card. Then I printed it out, along with the sentiment, and die cut them both with Gina Marie Design dies. You can shop for her dies at Her prices are about half what the big name die companies cost!
I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder for the sentiment to add some coffee cups to the panel and distressed it a little with brown ink. For the image, I added some brown liquid appliqué for the coffee and distressed the edges of the die cut with more brown ink.
I'm entering this card in the following challenges:
