You're So Sweet Christmas Bicycle Card

It's time to make thank you cards to give to all the wonderful people who gave me Christmas gifts, and I combined a few sets from Pinkfresh Studios to make this festive thank you card.

I started with creating a top-folding green card base. Then I used Pinkfresh Studios' Festive Grid coverplate die to create a red panel to adhere to the front of the green card base. I really love this coverplate die because it cuts out tiny stars between the holiday icons so that the card base shows through. It also adds just the right amount of texture for a background panel.

Next, I stamped, stenciled, and die cut Pinkfresh Studios' Holiday Bicycle set. This is a cleverly designed set! The stamp contains all the images together, and then the stencil set works on all the images at once and the coordinating die cuts them all out at once. I was able to stamp, stencil, and die cut two sets of these very quickly and easily. The second set I'm thinking of making into a shaker card, so be on the lookout for that soon.

For the sentiment, I chose "you are sweet as can be" from Pinkfresh Studios' Heart of Gold set. I used the coordinating die to die cut the sentiment and 4 more layers to add dimension to stack up behind the sentiment for dimension.

I added the bicycle with Altenew's Instant Dimension Foam Tape in the 1/16-inch thickness and then added the stack of presents at the front of the bike and the present and cake at the back of the bike using Altenew's Instant Dimension Foam Tape in the 1/8-inch thickness. Isn't that bike adorable? I love how the wheels look like snowflakes!
