I'm entering a new-to-me challenge with this card this month. I discovered the Memory Box Monthly Challenge, and I wanted to use some of my new Memory Box dies to play along. This month's theme is "birds," and I don't yet own any Memory Box bird dies, but I thought I could use some of my Memory Box winter dies to create a little scene for a few bird dies from my Gina Marie Designs to perch on. The Memory Box dies I used were: Chatford's Wreath, Swirling Snowflakes (the tiniest snowflakes here came from cut outs from that die), Stitched Merry Christmas for the word "Christmas," Grand Joyeux Noel, and 3 snowflakes from the Newbury Ornament Vignette die set. I also used a Gina Marie Designs X-stitched rectangle die to die cut the top panel.
I saw that the challenge at the Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge was to use Kraft, white and woodgrain, so I die cut white glitter paper with my Christmas/wintery elements dies and also cut a piece of it for a mat behind the design paper, used Kraft cardstock for the 3 tiny birds and woodgrain design paper with snowflakes on it (don't you love it when you find the perfect dp in your stash?!) for the top-fold card base and the top layer. Here's how it turned out:
